Seasonal Location - See you in the spring!

Classes at Patterson Park meet just inside the park near the flag pole/Pulaski Monument where Linwood Ave and Eastern Ave meet. Free street parking is available, but please check signs for street cleaning days and special event parking restrictions.

Please enroll in classes before coming so we can notify you via email of location changes due to weather.

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is designed for moms-to-be in any trimester. The small group workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, connect you with other moms, and help prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a cardio and strength interval class inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga.

Body Boost™

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health.

Body Ignite

Body Ignite targets each and every muscle with specially designed sequences using dumbbells or a weighted bar. This strength-based workout with dedicated core and flexibility work is sure to help you lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!

Strides 360®

Strides 360 promises a heart-­pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life.

Run Club+ Drop-In

Run Club+ is for every level runner, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or you want to run regularly with a group. This program will help you safely build and improve upon your running skills with the support of our certified Run Club+ Coach and an amazing group of moms. No running experience required!
